WSC Ltd was established in 1984 with Adrian Stokes as the Managing Director. 

The office is managed by Libby Noble.

WSC Ltd. has been established for more than 20 years and  operates in three key disciplines: Construction, Refurbishment, and Management, working for a range of clients, including:

·         Public authorities and local government

·         Local authority, public and private schools and colleges

·         Housing associations

·         Multi-location retail groups

·         Small to Medium Enterprises, both private and public

·         Private clients including property developers, private home/estate owners and business/retail owners/leaseholders

Construction

Projects from small extensions to new-build properties, working alongside architects and surveyors and other allied industries, or undertaking complete design and build project management

Refurbishment

WSC provides comprehensive refurbishment solutions. From surveying and conditions reports with full recommendations and costed solutions to undertaking work, WSC works for national companies with multiple outlets across the UK, private property investors and public authority clients.

Our approach is based entirely on looking after our clients’ interests. We consider and propose solutions to suit our clients’ shorter or long term needs, including budgetary constraints but with recommendations to avoid false economies.

Management

WSC provides property management services for a range of clients. Working alongside in-house teams including surveyors and facilities managers, WSC also provides a turnkey solution for freeholders and lessors without such internal resources.

For all projects, a high level of project management is maintained, with all WSC and any sub contractors overseen. WSC regularly acts as the primary contractor in projects from office refurbishment to major redecoration.
